Homeowners are governed by the LAHPOA’s Bylaws and Architectural & Landscape Guidelines. These standards ensure the quality and classic design of the community is maintained now and into the future.

The Board of Directors is comprised of leaders living within the community and therefore, possess of a deeper understanding of the needs and interests of LAHP residents. Elections to the Board are conducted at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year and all homeowners are encouraged to consider the time and talent they might offer to keep the LAHP a jewel in the crown of Foothills County.
