Community Bylaws

Community Bylaws were incorporated in 2001 when the Heritage Pointe Owners Association assumed ownership from the Developer.
 

At the Annual General Meeting of the Homeowners Association in 2017, the original version was tabled for Repeal and Replace to remove all reference to Developer privilege and reflect the current needs of the community.
 

Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with Community Bylaws to ensure an understanding of the standards in place for their personal property and community as a whole. These are registered as an Encumbrance and Restrictive Covenent against every homeowner’s Land Title.
